In September 2015, our company participated in the "2015 Marine Emergency Comprehensive Exercise of Dalian Maritime Search and Rescue Center". Our company is responsible for the drill of the oil spill emergency cleanup project. Our company dispatched professional emergency cleanup ships and carried large oil skimmers. At the same time, hundreds of meters of oil booms were deployed. Our company has been responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment in the Dalian ship oil spill emergency equipment warehouse for many years. The Dalian ship oil spill emergency equipment warehouse has more than 50 sets of professional emergency facilities and equipment. At the same time, it has a large number of cleaning materials, and the emergency warehouse has one-time disposal. The capacity can reach 500 tons. Every year, units and groups from all over the country will visit the Dalian Ship Oil Spill Emergency Depot for investigation and study. The emergency depot will be opened to the public in 2019. On October 21, 2014, the sea area of Changxing Island encountered strong wind. The ship "Wenfeng 8" moved its anchor while anchoring at the anchorage of Changxing Island, which caused the ship to be blown onto the breakwater of Hengli Petrochemical by strong wind, causing the ship to run aground. Our company is the ship of this ship. The anti-pollution agreement unit, after receiving the emergency call of the "Wenfeng 8" ship, our oil spill emergency vehicle arrived at the scene three hours with various cleaning materials, in order to prevent a large amount of oily sewage from leaking into the sea, causing pollution to the sea. , Our company’s oil spill emergency site operators overcome the terrain difficulties and weather difficulties during site operations, and immediately confine the accident ship. At 09:15 on November 29, 2012, after receiving the notification from Sinotrans Dalian agent about an accident on the "Maersk Karachi" vessel, our company quickly activated the emergency plan and made an emergency response. After arriving at the accident site, a large number of oil spills occurred between the left-hand rotation of the "Maersk Karachi" and the quay wall. A large amount of oil was collected. The thickness of the oil film was about 8-10. The cleanup work lasted 9 hours and ended at 18:30 on the same day. In the cleanup work, the vessel "Maersk Karachi" departed from Hong Kong smoothly.

On September 12, 2020, a fuel leak occurred in the hull of the "Dragon Star"; the leakage of fuel caused pollution to the hull of the "Dragon Star" itself, the nearby sea, the pontoon near the berth, the quay wall, and the quay wall of the nearby bridge tunnel. The hulls of "Hongwei 16" and "Zhigang 519" near Tianlongxing were contaminated by oil spills. The filthy oil on the sea surface, the quay wall and the hull needs to be cleaned urgently. Our company activated the emergency plan as soon as possible, and dispatched oil spill emergency commanders, operators, emergency ships, materials, vehicles, etc. to the scene of the accident to clean up the pollution. As the oil pollution polluted other hulls, quay walls, pontoons, etc., the cleanup work was very difficult. The company took one month to complete the cleanup work.

At about 18:00 in the evening on July 16, 2010, the Dalian Xingang oil pipeline exploded during the unloading operation of the tanker, causing the crude oil in the pipeline to ignite, causing tens of thousands of tons of crude oil to enter the sea. At least 50 square kilometers of the sea near Dalian was contaminated by crude oil. China has the most oil spill accidents at sea. Our company made a huge contribution to this cleanup operation. The company deployed emergency ships, equipment, and materials, invested more than a thousand times in manpower, and worked hard for a month. During the cleanup operation, the oil spill emergency senior commander designed and modified emergency equipment and formulated a cleanup plan, which was highly affirmed by relevant departments. It saved manpower, material resources and time for the cleanup operation. At the same time, the oil spill emergency commander of our company served as the cleanup Representatives of polluting units accepted an exclusive interview with regional TV stations.

When the vessel "Maersk Kowloon" was berthed at the berth in Section 13 of Dayaowan Port on July 2, 2012, due to an operating error on board, the fuel tank fuel leaked from the leaking hole on the deck like the sea, causing sea pollution. Due to the strong wind and rainy weather that day, the difficulty of cleaning up the pollution was increased. After receiving the call in the early morning, the senior oil spill emergency commander of our company arrived at the scene in 20 minutes, and the emergency ships and materials arrived at the scene in an hour. The cleanup work lasted for 20 hours. The rapid emergency response speed and professional cleanup plan effectively controlled pollution. The further proliferation has greatly reduced the shipowner’s losses.
